Purchase Conditions

Fare
The fare includes transport to the destination (and return if you have bought a return ticket), all taxes and fees. 
Every fare on our website includes all taxes and fees, and is charged in Danish Kroner (DKK).
There is an extra service fee if you book via our reservationcenter/telephone.

Payment
Payment is only accepted when paying with following cards via our online booking; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa/Visa Electron, Mastercard/Eurocard, Diners Club,  JCB or American Express. Maestro is not accepted.
      
A card fee of 1.25% of the amount is charged when paying with all cards except Dankort (and Visa/Dankort).
It's not possible to pay with check, banktransfer, cash or giro.

Delivery
When you have confirmed and paid for your flight, a receipt and travel plan will immediately be send  to your e-mail address.
It is the travellers responsibility to ensure that all information on the receipt/travel plan is according to the one ordered. If something is not as you ordered, you should immediately contact Cimber Sterling to sort out the mistake.


Rights
According to the Danish "e-handelslov" (law of E-commerce) the customers must be given 14 days of free return when buying from the Internet. This does not apply for flight tickets/transport though (see "Forbrugeraftaleloven § 9, stk. 2 og § 17, stk. 2. (in danish)"). We recommend that you contact Cimber Sterling by phone on +45 70101218 as soon as possible if you want to change your booking due to a mistake. If you contact us within 24 hours after time of booking, we will try to cancel your booking without any extra fee. (refund of Booking fee, CreditCard fee and Insurances is not possible)
