Ticket conditions

SAVER FLEX
Can be changed before departure, against fee of 400 DKK per person and segment.
If there is no available tickets at the same price, a price difference is charged.
Change of destination not possible.
No refund.
Travelling on a Saver Flex ticket you are allowed to bring up to 20 kilos in total against payment of 50 dkk. per baggage unit, per segment. Excess baggage will be subject to a charge of 10 EUR pr. KG. – Please note that it is not possible to book more than 20 kilos in total.

FLEX
Can be changed before departure.
Can be changed after departure, against fee of 400 DKK per person and segment.

FULL FLEX
Tickets can be changed before and after departure.
Refund permitted until 3 months after planned departure.
If you are travelling on a Full Flex ticket you are allowed to bring along 30 kg of baggage free of charge.

Booking fee and Creditcard fee can not be refunded.
(taxes are refundable against an administrative fee of dkk 75,- )


Children (2-11 years) are charged 75% of the fare when travelling together with an adult.
If your child is 5-15 years, he his allowed to travel alone, read more here. Unaccompanied Minors pay normal adult fare + fee.

Infants (0-1 year) have to travel together with an adult.
Infants pay 150,- dkk one-way on Danish Domestic flights, and 300,- dkk one-way on International flights.
