Travel Terms

If the passengers’ journey involves an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure the Montreal Convention may be applicable and the Convention governs and in most cases limits the liability of carriers for death or personal injury and in respect loss of or damage to baggage.

Carriage and other services provided by Cimber Sterling are subject to conditions of carriage which are hereby incorporated by reference.

Liability for loss of, delay of or damage to baggage is limited to max SDR1000 for all baggage (checked and unchecked).

Personal data, which has been provided to us in connection with your travel, may be passed to government authorities for border control and aviation security purposes.
