Oxygen
You are permitted to use oxygen onboard during the flight, if required. You can choose to bring your own oxygen or have it supplied by Cimber Sterling.
Oxygen MUST ALWAYS be pre-booked through your travel agency or the Cimber Sterling booking centre on +45 7010 1218 and then approved by the Cimber Sterling hospital transport department. Oxygen use must always be authorised by a doctor, who must also complete a Medical Information Form (MEDIF).
If you choose to bring your own oxygen onboard, please be aware of the following rules:
- Oxygen must be pre-booked and cannot be brought directly to check-in.
- Cimber Sterling does not accept containers filled with liquid oxygen.
- The size of the container must not exceed that of regular hand luggage (50 x 40 x 25 cm) and weight must not be in excess of 5 kg.
- Container pressure must not exceed 3000 PSI.
- Domestic must be booked no later than 5 hours before departure and International at least 24 hours before departure
You may bring your own oxygen required for use during the flight at no extra charge, but the price for Cimber Sterling-supplied oxygen depends on the length of your flight.
Please note: There are no refunds for unused / prepaid oxygen containers.
