Israeli cuisine is a veritable melting pot of many different cultures and nationalities, and the only problem is deciding on what to order! And if you aren’t quite up to challenging your palate with exotic flavour combinations, you won't be out of luck: In Tel Aviv you’ll also find all the famous international fast food chains – and if you can’t source a Burger King when you get hungry, you’re never far away from the Israeli version of fast food: Falafel or hummus!

Where the party never stops
Tel Aviv nightlife is fabled around the world for its dynamism and intensity, and the in-spots are on trend when it comes to the latest music, super trendy bars and clubbers in the forefront of fashion. The first signs of Tel Aviv nightlife begin to appear around 11 pm, but things don’t really get going until 2 am. After that, the city parties until the break of dawn – or until the last guest goes home!
