- A double room in a Prague hotel starts at DKK 194 per night during high season, and Prague also has its fair share of luxurious five-star hotels to choose from.
- The official currency of the Czech Republic is the koruna, abbreviated to Czk or Kc. There are 100 haléru in each koruna. It is recommended to use international debit cards in Prague: There is a fee for withdrawing money from an ATM but the exchange rate is generally better than that offered by the banks. You can get the same favourable exchange rate by paying with a credit card.

- Prague’s airport, Ruzyně, is located 17 km northwest of the city centre. - The trip from the airport to central Prague takes approx. 20-25 minutes by car and about 55 minutes by public transportation.
