Lone Marie Koch (born 1955), Deputy Chairman
Vice President, Product Management of Cimber Sterling A/S and co-owner of the company. Lone Marie Koch has held various management positions with Cimber Sterling since 1978 and has very broad and comprehensive knowledge of aviation in general, passengers and technical sales systems. Lone Koch has held the position of VP, Product Management since 2007.
In recent years, Lone Marie Koch has been in charge of a number of projects at Cimber Sterling, including the implementation of ticketless sales via the internet (2003) and the implementation of own documents on E-ticket via the Amadeus reservation platform (2007–2008).

Vilhelm Hahn-Pedersen (born 1960), member of the Board of Directors
Partner of Denmark’s largest private equity fund, Axcel Management A/S, from 2004 to October 2009.
From 1999–2003, Vilhelm Hahn-Petersen was COO and Director of Operations of the LCC company easyJet. Prior to that, Vilhelm Hahn-Petersen held various management positions with FLS Industries A/S and FLS Aerospace Ltd., most recently as CEO of the latter company during the period 1996–1999.
Vilhelm Hahn-Petersen is a member of the boards of directors of a number of companies and deputy chairman of the boards of directors of Esko-Graphics A/S and Vital Petfood Group A/S.
Vilhelm Hahn-Petersen holds an M.Sc (Political science) from the University of Aarhus.

Jørgen Nielsen, Senior Vice President, Business Development
Senior Vice President Business Development and co-owner of the company. Jørgen Nielsen, airline captain, began his career as operations director of Cimber Air 25 years ago after he finished his training as a fighter pilot (F100/F16) in the Danish Air Force. From 1986–1989, Jørgen Nielsen was involved in buying and selling aircraft and special projects for Cimber. In 1989, Jørgen Nielsen was appointed Vice President, and he also held the position as Airport Manager of Sønderborg Airport until 1993, when he headed the negotiation team in charge of selling Sønderborg Airport to the Municipality of Sønderborg.
Jørgen Nielsen has been CEO of Cimber Sterling Group A/S and Cimber Sterling A/S from 1994 to 2009.

Jesper Jarlbæk, member of the Board of Directors
Jesper Jarlbæk is a business angel and a professional board member of a number of growth businesses, and he has extensive experience through directorships and other offices in a number of companies operating internationally. Jesper Jarlbæk is a member of the board of directors of i.a. TORM A/S and TK Development A/S. Between 1975 and 2006, Jesper Jarl-bæk was employed with Arthur Andersen most recently holding a position as managing part-ner. From 2002 to 2006, Jesper Jarlbæk was executive vice president with Deloitte in charge of advisory services. He holds the degree HD in Accounting and Financial Management from the Copenhagen Business School, graduating in 1978, and is a state-authorised public ac-countant in 1981.

John Fahnøe Christiansen, “Employee-elected board member”
Captain at Cimber Sterling. Since 1985, John Fahnøe Christiansen has held a position as copilot and later as captain at Cimber Sterling. Prior to that, John Fahnøe Christiansen held a position as an AFIS air traffic controller at Sønderborg Airport in the period 1976–1985.
Moreover, John Fahnøe Christiansen is an instructor and examiner on ATR 72/42. John
Fahnøe Christiansen has completed the Crew Resource Management instructor training programme at UCLA in California and has previously taught Crew Resource Management at
Cimber Sterling. John Fahnøe Christiansen has been elected to serve as an “employeeelected” member of the Board of Directors of the Company. He has held the office of employee representative on the board of directors of Cimber Sterling A/S since 1995.

Carsten Jakobsen, “Employee-elected board member”
Base Cabin Manager/Chief Cabin Instructor and member of the Cimber Sterling welfare
team. Carsten Jakobsen joined Cimber Sterling as a steward. Prior to that, Carsten Jakobsen held a number of travel guide positions with Tjæreborg. Carsten Jakobsen has been elected to serve as an “employee-elected” member of the Board of Directors of the Company. He has held the office of employee representative on the board of directors of Cimber Sterling A/S since 2000.

Sten Vestergård-Poulsen, “Employee-elected board member”
Captain at Cimber Sterling. Employed as a pilot with Cimber Sterling since 1997 and chairman of the Cimber Air Pilot Association (CAP) since 2008. Prior to that, Sten
Vestergård-Poulsen was employed as a pilot with Danish Air Transport in the period 1996–
1997. Trained as a pilot with F-air, Billund and TC-west, Stauning during the period 1992–1994. Co-owner of Lazy Eight I/S. Sten Vestergård-Poulsen has been elected to serve
as an “employee-elected” member of the Board of Directors of the Company. He has held
the office of employee representative on the board of directors of Cimber Sterling A/S since
2005.
